摘要 公路路线设计安全评价是在公路设计阶段的对公路路线进行安全评价。在公路施工之前进行公路路线设计安全评价,找出不良线形路段及其具体线形设计安全问题,并提出改善建议,使公路新建项目成本降到最低。进行公路路线设计安全评价符合“事前型”安全评价思想,也是当今国内外研究的热点。本文通过分析国内外道路安全评价研究现状,提出利用计算机技术辅助公路路线安全评价工作的研究课题,并研究开发了公路路线安全评价系统。 首先,本文通过对公路路线设计要素的安全影响分析,以及对现有道路安全评价软件用于公路路线安全评价的模块进行分析,结合专家系统模型调研与可行性分析,提出公路路线安全评价系统的开发要求,并分析了公路路线安全评价系统的功能需求和性能需求。 其次,本文提出了公路路线安全评价系统的评价依据;定义了公路路线安全评价系统的知识,并对公路路线安全评价系统的安全评价知识进行整理、分类,提出知识的结构形式,构建了公路路线安全评价系统的知识体系;结合国内外道路安全审计流程,提出了公路路线安全评价技术流程及其阶段划分,并在此基础上设计了公路路线安全评价系统的工作流程;本文分析了公路路线安全评价系统的资料收集和数据分类,并设计了系统数据库结构;本文设计了公路路线安全评价系统的具体功能,并提出了公路路线安全评价系统的功能结构;采用三层构架方法设计了公路路线安全评价系统总体框架结构。 再次,本文提出采用windows 操作系统作为公路路线安全评价系统的开发平台,采用Visual Studio 2005 作为开发工具;设计了公路路线安全评价系统的软件基本架构,并对软件界面、业务逻辑层和数据访问层进行了程序设计。 最后,依托长沙至湘潭高速公路设计阶段安全评价项目,运用公路路线安全评价系统进行安全评价,分别评价了该公路的规范符合性、运行速度协调性和路线设计参数安全性,并分析了公路路线安全评价系统的实用性,体现了公路路线安全评价系统的研究意义。 关键词:公路,交通工程,道路安全评价,路线设计,三层架构。 ABSTRACT Safety evaluation of highway alignment design is the safety evaluation of highway alignment in design stage. Evaluating the alignment design of a road project before it`s construction, can help us find the harmful alignment and the safety problem of the alignment design. Then we can provide improvement suggestions to minimize the road construction cost. Safety evaluation of highway alignment design meet the "pre-type " thought of the road safety audit,and is also a hot spot of today's domestic and international research. This paper analyzed the present situation of domestic and international road safety audit research, and proposed the research subject: to develop the Highway Alignment Safety Evaluation Software(HASES) which can use computer aided road safety audit job. Based on the safety analysis of highway alignment design elements and the analysis of the module of existing road safety audit software for highway alignment design safety evaluation, this paper proposed the requirements of the development of the HASES, and analyzed the functional requirements and performance requirements of the HASES. In this paper, author proposed the evaluation foundation of the HASES. The paper defined the Knowledge of HASES, and made the list, classification and structure of HASES's knowledge, and established the knowledge system of the HASES. Then Author combined with domestic and international road safety audit process, proposed the technological process and the stage division of road alignment, and designed the flow of HASES that based on it. This paper analyzes the HASES’s alignment data collection and data classification, and designs the system of database structure; designed the HASES's specific functions and function structure. Finally, author used three-tier application to design the framework of HRSES. This paper used windows operating system as a HASES's development platform, and used Visual Studio 2005 as a development tool; this paper design the software framework of HRSES, designed and developed the software interface, business logic and data access layer. Finally, relying on the Chang Sha-Xiang Tan Highway construction project, this paper used HRSES to evaluate the compliance of the highway alignment design and the coordination of the operating speed, and the alignment design parameters, then analyzed the practicality of HASES.
