摘要 本文结合安徽省庐铜高速公路沥青路面施工,从压实度和空隙率、级配和油石比,以及施工温度三个方面研究和探讨了工变异性,分析了产生变异性的原因,并提出了相应的控制标准和改善措施。 通过施工现场调查,得到了压实度和空隙率变异水平,分析了产生变异性的因素;用现场空隙率指标可以确切地反映沥青混凝土的压实效果,并采用误差分析的方法,计算、推导了理论最大相对密度对空隙率的影响偏差,建议在压实度检测中采用双重控制标准。 通过对拌和厂取样进行抽提筛分试验,得到了沥青混合料生产级配变异水平,并提出了解决措施;针对路面施工中出现的级配离析,提出了评价方法,从混合料类型、拌和、运输和摊铺等几方面考虑了减小级配离析的措施;对燃烧炉试验作了详细的论述。 探讨了沥青路面铺筑层厚度、摊铺温度、风速、气温和下承层对有效压实时间的影响,并结合工程实例,说明了有效压实时间在确定碾压工艺参数——碾压段长度的应用。
最后,关于进一步工作的方向进行了简要的讨论。 关键词:沥青路面,施工,变异性,控制标准,改善措施 ABSTRACT In this paper, the asphalt pavement construction of Lu-Tong freeway in Anhui is regarded as research object. According to the study of compactness, void content, gradation,asphalt aggregate ratio and temperature, the paper tries to analyze the reasons of construction variability and correspondingly put forward the control criterions and improvement measures. Through construction survey,the variability magnitude of compactness and void content is gained and the influence factors are analyzed.The void of pavement can clearly reflect the compact effect. By the method of error-analysis, the departure of void under the influence of theoretical maximum specific gravity of bituminous mixtures is calculated.It is suggested that two kinds of control criterion should be used in the test of compactness. On the basis of extraction and sieving of asphalt mixture taken from mixing plant, the paper analyzes the variability magnitude of gradation and brings forward some solutions. To the segregation of gradation in the pavement construction,the means of judgment are put forward and it is considered how to reduce the segregation from mixture type, mixing, transportation and paving. Ignition experimentation is detailed also. It is discussed that the time available for asphalt mixture compaction is affected by layer thickness,paving temperature, wind-speed,air temperature and existing layer. And taking an ex ample of asphalt pavement construction, this paper expatiates how to use the time available for compaction to calculate the location at which rollers work.
