摘要

钢桥面铺装是一个世界性难题,国内经过10余年的研究,基本形成了适合我国工程特点的典型钢桥面铺装方案,包括环氧沥青钢桥面铺装、浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装和ERS钢桥面铺装三大类。钢桥面铺装耐久性研究是当前桥面铺装研究的热点问题之一。钢箱梁结构的设计寿命是100年或者120年,国内钢桥面铺装的使用寿命约为10年左右,因此从钢箱梁结构设计寿命角度分析和提升钢桥面铺装的耐久性,具有重要意义。

论文对国内主流的钢桥面铺装方案关键使用参数包括钢箱梁设计参数、行车荷载和气候条件进行了调研,为钢桥面铺装耐久性研究分析提供了基础数据。论文选择了国内典型的钢桥面铺装工程,对铺装的使用状况进行了调研分析。不同桥面铺装类型主要破坏模式有区别,疲劳开裂和界面剪切滑移是主要的破坏原因。

论文采用整体-局部-细部的钢桥面铺装力学分析方法,分析了关键使用参数变化对铺装受力的影响,并进行了实桥验证。研究结果表明钢箱梁顶板厚度和超载是影响铺装性能关键因素,提高钢箱梁顶板厚度,控制超载能够显著改善钢桥面铺装的受力,提高其耐久性。

论文对我国典型钢桥面铺装(环氧沥青钢桥面铺装),从混合料路用性能、界面安全性和结构疲劳性能进行耐久性研究,并提出了富沥青环氧沥青钢桥面铺装新技术,旨在通过提升铺装层材料的疲劳性能进而提升铺装结构的耐久性。

科学养护是提升铺装层耐久性的关键之一。论文针对我国典型钢桥面铺装(环氧沥青钢桥面铺装)养护难题,初步建立了钢桥面铺装破损评价体系和养护决策体系,并依据环氧沥青钢桥面铺装使用特点提出了预防性、小修保养和大中修养护技术,可以有效提升环氧沥青钢桥面铺装的耐久性。

论文从钢箱梁结构设计与铺装设计一体化,桥面铺装结构和材料一体化,铺装设计施工养护一体化等几个维度提出了提升钢桥面铺装耐久性的策略,为钢桥面铺装的耐久性设计提供了支撑。

ABSTRACT

Steel deck pavement is a world-wide  problem. In China, the research on steel deck pavement has been carried out  for more than 10 years and some typical pavement techniques such as epoxy  asphalt pavement, Gussasphalt and ERS steel deck pavement were developed. The  current research on steel deck pavement focuses on the durability. The design  lifespan of the steel structure is expected to be 100years or 120years, but  the steel deck pavement in China can only last for about 10years. So it is of  great value to carry out the durability research on steel deck pavement.

The dissertation presents the  investigation results of the key usage parameters of the steel deck pavement  such as design parameters of the steel box girder, traffic load and  temperature, as the basis for durability research on steel deck pavement. The  dissertation also presents the condition of the typical steel deck pavement  in China. The results show that different steel deck pavements have different  failure types but they share some common destructive reasons, which are bending  fatigue and interface shear performance.

The whole-local part-detail part  mechanical analysis was carried out to analyze the influence of the key usage  parameters on the steel deck pavement. The analysis results were proved by  the method of in-situ tests. The results show that stiffness of the steel  deck and overload are primary factors to the durability of steel deck  pavement. In order to modify the stress condition of steel deck pavement and  improve its durability, it is necessary to enhance the stiffness at the top  plate of steel box girder and strictly control the traffic overload.

The durability research on a  typical steel deck pavement (epoxy asphalt steel deck pavement) was carried  out based on the mixture performance, interface performance and fatigue  performance. A new kind of steel deck pavement using rich epoxy asphalt was  developed which is useful to improve the durability performance.

Maintenance is crucial to improve  the durability of steel deck pavement. Based on typical steel deck pavement  in China, the dissertation develops the pavement failure evaluation system  and maintenance decision system. The dissertation also presents the  maintenance technique which contains preventive maintenance, minor repairing  technique and major repairing technique.

The dissertation presents some  useful methods to improve the durability in the design of the steel deck  pavement such as the integrated design of the box girder and the deck  pavement, the integrated design of asphalt mixture and pavement structure,  the integrated consideration of the design, construction and maintenance of  the steel deck pavement.
