摘要

半刚性基层沥青路面是我国应用最为广泛的一种沥青路面结构形式。虽然有许多不足,早期损害很严重,但是由于其本身特点和我国具体国情,在今后较长时间内,半刚性基层沥青路面结构仍将是我国高速公路的主要结构形式。现阶段我们需要做的,是对半刚性基层沥青路面进行更加深入的认识,努力克服其不合理的一些因素,完善我国现有沥青路面结构体系,使其正常发挥服务功能并表现出良好的使用性能,促进国家经济建设和发展。 

基于半刚性基层沥青路面在我国大量应用的现实及其使用过程中存在的问题,有必要对半刚性基层沥青路面结构形式的典型损害形式进行深入研究,目前半刚性基层沥青路面结构的典型损害形式主要是车辙、疲劳和反射裂缝,本文通过对这三种路面破损进行深入而系统的理论分析,得到了其随影响因素变化的规律,并分别回归出了路面破损的预估模型,提出了预估模型的使用方法,为我国半刚性基层沥青路面的结构设计和病害分析提供了理论支持。

由于力学分析模型简化、参数选取、层间摩擦和粘结等诸多因素影响,荷载响应的计算结果会与实际出现偏差。为了使路面破损预估模型能够应用于实际,验证了荷载响应的现场检测数据与计算结果的相关性,对计算结果进行现场修正,进而对路面破损预估模型进行了现场修正;为了加强材料力学参数与实验室参数的关联,使材料试验能够指导理论计算,对实验室和现场检测数据与材料的力学参数进行了关联性分析,进而对路面破损预估模型进行了扩展。

在对半刚性基层沥青路面典型损害进行综合比较和分析的基础上,本文提出了半刚性基层沥青路面优化方法,并针对不同气候条件从抗车辙、抗疲劳和抗反射裂缝等方面提出了合适的半刚性基层沥青路面结构。

最后,对本文的不足和需要进一步研究的方向进行了简要的讨论。

ABSTRACT

Semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is  the most widely used asphalt pavement structure form in our country. although  there are many shortcomings, early damage is seriousbut the  advantage of lower cost can not be matched by other asphalt pavement  structurein a long time of the  futuresemi-rigid base asphalt pavement  structure will still be the main structural form of highway pavement in  China. What we need to do is doing a more in-depth studying to semi-rigid  base asphalt pavement trying to overcome its  unreasonable factorsimproving the existing  asphalt pavement structural system in our country making it work normally, and  promoting the national economic construction and development.

Based on the application of  semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in our countryand the problems  existingit is necessary to study  the typical damage of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure formwhich  mainly contain ruttingfatigue and reflection  crack at present. This article carried on theoretical analysis to the three  pavement damagesobtained the rule of the  change with influence factorsgetting the  regression model of road damageand putting  forward the method to use it. That provides a theoretical support for  semi-rigid base pavement analysis and the structure design.

Due to the mechanical analysis  model simplification, parameter selection, friction and adhesion between the  layersand many other factorsthe  calculation results of load response will be different from the actual  result. In order to make the pavement damage prediction model can be applied  to realitythis article verified the correlation  of the test data and calculated resultsand  corrected the pavement damage prediction modelIn order to  strengthen the relation between material mechanics parameters and laboratory  parametersmake the material test that  can guide the theoretical calculation process, the correlation analysis is  carried on between laboratory data and field testing data, and that extends  the prediction models of pavement damage.

on the base of comprehensive  comparison and analysis, the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement optimization  method is proposed, according to different climate condition, the right  semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structures are proposed with anti- ruttinganti-fatigue  and anti-crack reflection.

Finally, a brief discussion was done on the shortcomings of  this paper and direction of further work.
