摘要

公路交通量的增大和人们生活水平的提高对路面的使用性能提出了更高的要求。具有良好的高温稳定性和表面特性的骨架密实型沥青混合料,用于半刚性基层和沥青路面之间排除沥青路面下渗水分的骨架空隙型沥青混合料基层,以及排水、降噪、抗滑的骨架空隙型沥青混合料表面层等骨架型沥青混合料得到了越来越多的应用。

论文以上述三类骨架型沥青混合料为研究对象,依托江西省景婺黄()高速公路(2006)和山东省马莱高速公路(2006~2007)实体工程项目,结合室内试验和现场检测试验,通过理论分析和应用研究,探讨了骨架型沥青混合料级配与性能的关系及骨架型沥青混合料设计方法,并将部分研究成果应用于工程实践。

首先,论文采用SHELLBISAR程序计算分析了含骨架空隙沥青混合料基层的路面结构受力特征,骨架空隙沥青混合料基层的模量和厚度对整个结构力学特征的影响,提出了对于骨架空隙沥青混合料基层的力学性能要求:结合环境气象条件分析了骨架空隙沥青混合料表面层和基层的排水过程,提出了骨架空隙沥青混合料的排水性能要求计算方法和指标;结合相关文献分析,提出了骨架空隙沥青混合料空隙率要求范围。

其次,结合室内试验数据和文献资料试验数据,论文分析了骨架型沥青混合料级配与性能的关系。重点分析了骨架型沥青混合料骨架结构的形成规律和影响因素,研究了级配对骨架密实沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响,以及级配对骨架空隙沥青混合料渗透性能和力学性能的影响。

然后,根据沥青混合料中集料间分布状况,论文提出了集料I临界接触筛孔的概念,并分析了不同沥青混合料的集料临界接触筛孔。通过集料临界接触筛孔和骨架型沥青混合料骨架空隙填充的分析,论文提出了基于骨架空隙填充的骨架型沥青混合料设计方法,并按照这种方法设计了具有减振降噪效果的低噪声骨架密实沥青混合料。

论文还对骨架型沥青混合料的应用和施工技术进行了探讨。总结了骨架空隙沥青混合料的应用场合和技术要求,分析了骨架空隙沥青混合料施工中的关键技术,并对实际工程应用效果进行了测试。

最后,论文对进一步工作的方向进行了简要的讨论。

ABSTRACT

Increasingly  highway vehicle volume and improvement of the people’s life quality promotes  higher requirements for pavement service performanceSkeleton dense asphalt  mixturewhich  has superior high temperature stability and surface characteristicsSkeleton Void asphalt  mixture Base(short as SVB)which is used between asphalt pavement and semi-rigid base  to remove the water entering into the inner asphalt pavementand Skeleton Void  asphalt mixture Surface(short as SVS)which is used in surface course to resolve the  problems of skid resistancesurface drainage and noise reduction have been applied  generally increasingly

Based on the construction of Jingdezhen-Wuyuan-Huangshan(Changshan)  expressway(2006)in Jiangxi province and Mazhan-Laiwu expressway(2006-2007)in Shandong  provincethe  paper argues the relationship between gradation and performance of the  skeleton asphalt mixtureand the design method of the skeleton asphalt mixture through  theory analysis and application study, aimed at three types skeleton asphalt  mixture mentioned abovecombined with laboratory experiment and on-site testSome research product is  applied in the expressway construction

Firstly, the paper computes and analyzes the mechanics  characteristics of the pavement structure containing SVB using BISAR program  developed by SHELL company, and the influence on the whole structure mechanics  characteristics by modulus and thickness of the SVBputting forward the  mechanical performance requirements for SVBIt also suggests the computation  method and index for drainage performance requirements of skeleton void  asphalt mixture by analyzing the drainage process of SVS and SVB based on the  weather conditionThe void requirements scope of skeleton void asphalt mixture is given  through analyzing relative literature

Secondly, the paper analyses the relationship between  gradation and performance of the skeleton asphalt mixture based on the  experiment data and document informationThe key analyses are the laws of building skeleton  structure and the influence factors on skeleton asphalt mixtureThe paper studies the  influence on high temperature stability of skeleton dense asphalt mixtureinfiltration performance  and mechanical performance of skeleton void asphalt mix by gradation

Thirdly, the paper gets the conception of Aggregate  Critical Contact Seize (ACCZ)based on the distribution status of the  aggregate in asphalt mix and analyzes the ACCZ of different type asphalt  mixtureIt  puts forward the skeleton asphalt mix design method based on the skeleton  void filling through the analysis of the ACCZ and the skeleton void filling  of the skeleton mixThe paper designs low noise skeleton dense asphalt mixture with vibration  reduction according to this method

The paper also argues the application and construction  technique of skeleton asphalt mixtureIt summaries the application situation and technical  requirement of skeleton void asphalt mixtureanalyzes the key technique in  skeleton void asphalt mixture and tests the construction application effect

Finally, the problems requiring further studies are  discussed
