Type of Papers
Four types of papers are considered for publication in the Journal, namely:
-State of the Art: a paper synthesizing current State of the Art
-Original Scientific Paper: a scientific paper not published elsewhere
-Scientific Note: a note describing new work, which is selected for the topical relevance for readers
-Discussion: a note on a published paper
The work submitted to RMPD must not have been published elsewhere, nor should it currently be under consideration for another journal, book or conference publishing full papers. Note that distribution draft in electronic or paper form is not considered as prior publication, provided that the distributed work is clearly identified as a prepublication draft.
Submitting a manuscript
Papers may be submitted( 5 paper copies of one electronic copy) at any time to any of the Editors-in-Chief at the following addresses.

Per review of papers:
All papers presented in the Journal will be peer reviewed by at least three recognized members of the international scientific community. To insure the highest possible degree of objectivity and impartiality Peer Review in the Journal is performed without the names of the authors being
submitted to the reviewers. Whenever possible the Editors in Chief will select reviewers from different countries.
